NECESSITY OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION
Education
is of two types:
- Liberal
and

Liberal
education aims at the training of mind, but Technical education aims at the
training of body. Liberal education teaches us who to live; Technical education

Technical education means theoretical
and practical training in using machines and instrument. It prepares man for
proper handling of machines to produce various things. The subject of technical
education includes Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Telecommunication, Computer,
Weaving, Agriculture and etc. We may read book and acquire knowledge in
practically working in machines ourselves. So long with theoretical knowledge
we must have practical knowledge in the subject what we read.
SCOPE OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION
The present
age is the age of machines. The progress of science invented and manufactured
improved machines. By the using machines man can now produce a large number of
things in a shortest time and at a lower cost.
The importance of technical
education in this age of machine is very necessary. The
developed countries have made great material progress. Their knowledge of
technology is at the root of their prosperity. In underdeveloped region people
